Mr. Ismah Sseggane is the Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics of Makerere University, He has a Post graduate in financial management from Uganda Management Institute. Ismah is an economist, entrepreneur, go getter and member of Uganda Marketers Association. He has vast experience of seven years in areas of Sales and Marketing, Organizational development, Brand strategy, Brand architecture, Financial management, Marketing communications and Digital marketing.
A strategist and a critical thinker in creating brands grow; he has worked with both FMCGs and Telecom Industry.
He is a Strategic thinker as well and has ability to develop strategies that work for organization in as far as marketing, communication and brand development.
Miss. Hawa Nakku is the Business Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration of Makerere University, an MBA in Project Planning and Management from Makerere University. She is a specialist in organisational management and work methods with wide experience in business development, corporate management, Human Resource Management, Training and Consultancy.
Hawa has worked with the banking industry for years and has good interpersonal skills dealing directly with our clients. She uses her expertise to relate well with our clientele thus making her our darling on the team.
She is friendly, excellent team leader and gives priority to our clients and is also effective at giving feedback.
Miss. Victoria Namazzi is the Operations Manager. She holds a Bachelor in Micro Finance from Kyambogo University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Proven ability to direct technical and business teams coordinate consultants and manage projects and product launches, business development efforts, and business integration. She has hands on experience for years that makes her an indispensable resource and a specialist in financial management and accountancy, Training and capacity building.
Victoria is the overall seer of all our operations in and outside office. Prepares every detail the team needs and also streamlines our working process and procedures.
Mr. Quinton Kayiwa is the Finance Manager. He holds a Bachelor and Diploma in Business Administration both from Makerere University. He is a qualified Financial Advisor. He has extensive experience in compliance reviews, risk management, financial and operational reviews. He has also received specialized training in areas of Financial Management, Development Planning and Quality Assurance Management.
Quinton is our finance guru who provides the team with the much needed logistics. He fits right directly in each department. His role interconnects with every department and he does that perfectly well. His teamwork is above the roof and communicates with our service providers and our clients.
Mr. Sean Achilles Kusiima is the Videographer and copy writer. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science of Makerere University and Diploma in Information Technology of Makerere University. He has worked on several projects.
Sean is the man behind our motion and video advertisements. He believes content is king in adverts so he correctly analyses pre shooting before production and to him mediocrity is not an option. The standards he sets are beyond imagination but he eventually meets them. He has been in the industry for quite some good years doing video production and directing. He is our motion genius and quite a character. He loves his gadgets and treasures them like crazy.
Grace Kabali is the Manager Strategy who holds a Bachelor in Business Administration of Makerere University of and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing of UMI. Grace is a marketer by profession, she has hands on experience and exposure. She has worked with various research organizations leveraging her ability to conduct market research for our clients. She is well vast with marketing, brand positioning, market intelligence, product promotions and brand or product launching. For sure if you work with her you either learn something that will definitely help you in this industry.
She is a strategist who thinks outside the box when it comes to brain storming sessions we usually have as a team. She will definitely come up with a strategy that will help us and our clients achieve our objectives on tight deadline and have an everlasting impression to the consumers.
Stephen Makanga is an Associate Consultant who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Makerere University and an ACCA UK professional. He also has an MBA of Edinburg Business School UK. He has financial management and auditing professional with 8 (eight) years of finance, grants, compliance and auditing experience.
Steven is also good at developing and implementing grants management systems, developing grant agreements, financial, accountability & audit review, compliance review assessments, pre-award assessment, development of grants tracking tools and templates, capacity gaps assessments and capacity building to ensure compliance to donor regulations and organizational policies, implementing performance based granting, budget development and review, implementing close-outs as per donor requirements.
He has been exposed to a number of Auditing Accounting and Finance related assignments that have enriched his experience.
Stephen has worked in several Organizations like ICAP at Columbia University, Independent Development Fund – IDF, Makerere University Joint AIDS Program and Deloitte.
